Disappointed att warranty replacement sent me a 4th defective phone?


OK so I was using my 4th Samsung galaxy and it's not working right. So I requested a 4th replacement if including the original phone I purchased I got my 5th device haven't had it charging for 10 mins and the screen died! On the phone with att but should they do more? Advice please. I bought my first Samsung galaxy s4 active in September.
