Jailbroken Ipod 5 or Samsung galaxy s3?

I am so confused about this since the two of them have it own features as the ipod 5 is an apple witch make it have very cool games and apps, while the s3 let me use a sim card (I don't think that I will put in him a sim card till year or a two ) and it lets you download everything from internet unlike the apple but if I will get an ipod 5 I will jailbreak it but the android,without rooting, can download free apps and I saw that the s3 have double battery and speed of the ipod 5. What make me compare the ipod 5 to s3 is only being addicted to his cool games and apps, so can the jailbreak be worthy to be compared to the s3 features?
