My parents and I upgraded our phones yesterday. We have Verizon Wireless and we all got iPhone 5s'. My old phone, was a Galaxy Nexus (not S4, S3, etc. Just Galaxy Nexus) and it had a bit of connectivity issues. With my new iPhone, when we go out, for example, (signal strength is different everywhere) both my parents will have like a 3 bar on LTE and my connection drops to like a 2 bar on Verizon x1 (top left hand corner). I don't know why this happens. It happened with my old phone too but I dismissed it thinking maybe it's the phone but now we have the same phones, plan, etc and it still happens. What could it be?
