I'm trying to transfer my videos from my samsung galaxy s4 to my laptop, but when I go on my computer and open up the file from the galaxy where my videos are supposed to be in, they are not there. Can anyone tell ne what is going on or what I'm doing wrong:/ I don't have anymore space left in my phone and all the videos are about my daughter growing up and I would really like to take more
