I don't know what the security feature is called but this is the story. I work at a gas station, people leave & lose things all the time. Usually coming back for it. A guy left a galaxy s8 & for whatever reason never called or came back for it. 3 months passed & I was allowed to claim it. So I did a hard reset but it won't let me pass the last google account on the phone. I've tried to look up ways to get around it with no luck.
