Spilled water Android Galaxy s5 while charging a few weeks ago?

It wasn't charging that night, still had it plugged in hopes of it charging, it did.
Charging was weird for a bit, it wouldn't recognize it was charging if in a weird position. Not sure if it's related but, power was low, turned it off, and it kept turning back on until I took out the battery.
Now, it was charging INCREDIBLY slow. Now, I don't think it's charging at all. As it's draining battery while OFF, and PLUGGED IN. Anyone got tips?

Added (2). Just checked it, it's now at 10%, was at 2% for a while. So it IS charging thankfully. Albeit, still very slow.
