Samsung Galaxy Note 4 not charging, help?

I just got this phone last month and it s a refurbished phone. About 4 days ago I noticed when I plugged the phone in it wouldn t always register as actually being plugged in, I would have to pull it out and put it back in a few times. Now it s at the point that it won t charge at all. I did notice if I turn the phone off and plug it in it vibrates about every 5 seconds, so it does realize the plug is there I guess. I tried cleaning the port with a toothpick to make sure there was no lint in there, still no luck. So any guesses on a fix? It is under warranty so I can t pull it apart totally. I m hoping maybe it s something messed up with the settings. I m not going to be able to get a ride to the store to have them look at it until Thursday:-\
Added (1). Also, I've tried multiple chargers.
