So I bought a Galaxy Note 4 on eBay and just like the question asked, well I got a fake. So I reported to eBay and they want documentation from the manufacturer, retail store, or seizure by law enforcement. I was wondering how I should contact Samsung. Should I email them or go to the local office or should I go to a retail store like T-Mobile or AT&T to prove it is a fake?
