Added (1). It keeps going offline mode and when in offline mode it will freeze then turn itself off or restart. Sometimes it will turn back on and the battery will be drained drastically.
Sometimes will have to take the battery out and plug charger in then put the battery back in and charge will (sometimes) go back up to where it was before it turned itself off. It's fine when I have my phone on charge. So it seems that I am always having to have my phone plugged in to charge for it to work properly. Help
