How to fix the boot loop on my Samsung galaxy rush without factory resetting?

This is the second time this has happened, however this time it seems to be permanent. Tuesday I was on my samsung galxy rush SPH-M830 from boost mobile, halfway through sending a message on kik when suddenly the phone froze then reset, unfortunately it is now stuck in a boot loop, to be specific it is where the first samsung logo shows, the boost mobile logo shows, then the second sasmung logo appears and it just stays there and does not go to my home screen. (which i did not was an actual issue that could occur in samsung phones) I believe this is due to a corrupt file or data within my phone. What strikes me is that tis has happened before however to resolve it I simply took the battery out the phone over night and the next day it was fine. However in this case going on two and a half days that method has not worked. I have read that wiping the data partition could fix it which I have tried, still no luck. I really do not want to factory reset my phone beacause i am unsure if all my google contacts and such are synced to my google account. Any and all advice would be great, thanks
