For weeks I've been wonder if I should get the note 3 or 4. I decided I wanted the 3. I need a galaxy note 3 factory unlocked, but I only have $350. When I look on google the cheapest I see is $499. I was wonder where I can find one for cheep. It doesn't have to be in mint condensation, but it can't be broken either. Please help.
