I just bought this new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and it works fine. I use Internet via Wi-Fi and it works, but when I deactivate wi-fi it gives me this message on Chrome: "You are offline" and won't allow me to use any Internet service like Instagram;WhatsApp etc. What do I do please?
