Sometimes it gets a little charge, enough to turn on, but the minute it is on it stops. It tells me I should plug it in because the battery is low… And it's been in that cycle for a while now, it goes off, charges enough to go on and then off again. It just won't charge while turned on. I ordered a new battery, but while I wait, I'm trying to make sure it actually IS a battery problem. Help!
