I've been noticing that the bottom half of my Samsung Galaxy s4 thats running the latest snapshot of Cyanogenmod 11's screen has been flickering black. It doesn't seem like there's a pattern to when it flicks, or if i do a certain action that makes it flick, its very random. I notice it when especially there's a white background and if im not doing anything or reading somehting then I can see the bottom half of the screen quickly flicker black repeatedly. I haven't messed with any of the display settings or anything. What is this and how do I fix it?
