I'm 17 and have taken the ACT. I got a 26 on it the first time around. My mom wants me to take it again and she told me if I can get at least a 31 on it the second time around, she will buy me a phone. I would get either the Samsung Galaxy S5 or an iPhone 5C or 5S. Which phone would be better for me to choose assuming I do get a 31 on my ACT? All opinions welcomed. (:
