hi:) , so i bought a samsung galaxy tab 3 and i was working fine, until one day it didn't connect to the internet, whenever i turn wifi on there is only '' add a wifi network'' and when i press scan nothing happens, i tried turning it off and on again, and turning airplane mode on and off, but also nothing happens, i read that i have to hard reset my device, but some people said that the problem happened again after reseting it? So, is there any other solution? Or hard reseting it will work? Thank you.
