Does the photo have a creepy look to it?

This isn't supposed to be a "photography" picture by any means, it was taken with a galaxy s5 mobile phone camera and ran through an android editing app where I placed a border and a filter over to give the low light effect. All I'm wanting to do is learn how to take creepy/scary pictures is this a good start?
