When I use facebook on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini) all I see is empty rectangles where there should be emoticons. When I searched about it on Google they said to SEND emoticons that I had to download an Emoji app. I did that, but I still can't SEE what other emoticons people have used in their status updates or comments.
Is there anything I can do?
